About EyeJack
EyeJack is an Art and Technology company that creates Experiences. We specialise in Augmented Reality, Immersive Installations, Games and Web3 with previous clients such as Sony, Marvel, Google, Disney and Warner Music. Click here to learn more about our use of art technologies sweeping the world.

About The Workshop
The workshop offered by EyeJack encompasses a comprehensive overview of various aspects. It begins by delving into the background and accomplishments of EyeJack as a company. The foundational principles of Augmented Reality are then explored, including its definition, historical progression, and the underlying technical underpinnings. Participants will gain insights into the functionalities of the EyeJack App, receiving guidance on its utilisation and an opportunity to examine pertinent AR projects. Moreover, attendees will be introduced to the EyeJack Creator, where they will receive step-by-step instructions on creating their first AR Artwork. The workshop extends beyond individual artworks, discussing broader prospects such as utilising the EyeJack Creator for collections and panels. As the workshop concludes, attendees will receive a glimpse into the future of EyeJack, with a preview of the forthcoming advancements associated with the new EJX platform.
Workshop Presenters
Lukasz Karluk

Lukasz Karluk is a Creative and a Software Engineer, working at the intersection of art and technology. In his 20 year career, Lukasz has created Art, Games, Interactive Installations for Museums, Data Visualizations for Google, Generative Design for Global Brands and in particular specializing in Augmented Reality.
Alexandra Neville

Alex is a producer, digital artist, and researcher with a focus on creative applications of technology. She is a part of the EyeJack team, leading a group of web developers as the Digital Producer at EyeJack Studio, where they collaborate on a variety of interactive experiences. You can also find Alex at UTS, pursuing a Master's in Computer Science focused on research centered around augmented reality in contemporary art.
What you will need for the workshop
Please make sure you have access or bring the following items:
- Access to Internet
- PC or Mac
- Smart Phone
- EyeJack Creator, link here
- EyeJack App install on your mobile or tablet device, links Google Play here or App Store here
- Check on your Eyejack subscription status to ensure you've created an account. If you do not have a subscription please email alex@eyejackapp.com to organise one.
- Install your preferred software package i.e. Photoshop. Note: There is a 7 day free trial for Adobe Software such as photoshop which we would recommend if you do not have a similar software package already. Alternatively to ensure you have this access to this software for the duration of this project the cost is $75 per month or $21 for teachers and students.
