Sneaker Con Doha
Augmented Sneaker Culture
For the inaugural Sneaker Con Doha, EyeJack worked with client Alsayegh and creative partner Mandala to bring the event's visual world into WebAR. Visitors scanned a QR code, pointed their phone at artworks, and unlocked large-scale animated AR characters and shareable selfie moments across the floor.

Event Impact
Sneaker Con Doha attracted more than 33,000 visitors over three days, setting a new global attendance record for the franchise and generating more than QAR 1.2 million in sales across 60 vendors.
The AR activation reached an estimated 5,500 attendees and recorded 18,000 AR interactions, adding a strong digital engagement to the physical show.

The Experience
To make participation simple, EyeJack built the activation as a browser-based WebAR experience. Murals, booth graphics, signage and promotional assets became launch points for animated characters, giving visitors quick moments to discover, record and share as they moved through the venue.
No app download was required. The interaction stayed simple from the first scan: point, play and capture.

Beyond the Event
The same AR system carried through to the event's takeaways and merchandise. Stickers, pins, apparel and promotional materials extended the character world beyond the venue, turning collected objects into reusable entry points.
After the show, attendees could rescan those pieces from home, revisit the animations and keep sharing AR moments after the three-day event had ended.
